History

The Franklin County Home Builders Association was founded in 1987 to serve as a resource and advocate for local builders, contractors, and industry partners. Since its founding, the Association has grown to become a trusted voice in the residential construction industry, promoting quality craftsmanship, professional standards, and community development across Franklin County and beyond.

Over the years, the HBA has provided members with opportunities for education, networking, legislative advocacy, and participation in projects that enhance the local community. Today, the Association continues to support the American Dream of homeownership while fostering a strong, connected network of building professionals.

Leadership

The Franklin County Home Builders Association is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors composed of local industry professionals who provide strategic leadership, vision, and policy guidance for the organization.

The Association’s day-to-day operations are managed by the Executive Officer, who serves as Chief Administrative Officer and works to implement the Board’s direction while advancing the Association’s mission. The Executive Officer is supported by an Executive Assistant who assists with administrative operations, member engagement, and organizational support.
